Past Volunteer Experience
Kelly Cook’s (now Kubrick) past volunteer activities:
- Kelly served as a member of the Mayor of Ottawa’s Task Force on e-Government (report released June 2008);
- She served as a member of the board of directors of CMA Ottawa, one of five regional chapters of the Canadian Marketing Association;
- Kelly was a member of the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce and is current member of its Audit Committee;
- She provided Internet marketing services and knowledge to the Nortel Ottawa Dragonboat Race Festival, Leadership Ottawa and Heritage Ottawa;
- In partnership with Wolfworks, Tristan Creative (now Adams Jette), Brandvelope, GLS Dezign and BMR Group, Kelly participated in a re-branding project for The Ottawa Mission;
- In partnership with Wolfworks, Axletree, Brandvelope, GLS Dezign and Fenn Photo, she participated in a 2004 re-branding project for Big Brothers Big Sisters Ottawa;
- Kelly was a member of the Steering Committee of the 2003–2004 Second Annual Champagne Charity Auction for the Canadian Paraplegic Association of Ontario;
- She served on the judging panel of web sites for the 2003 Accolades Awards program for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District II;
- Kelly was a member of the 2003 Internet Strategy Working Group for Ashbury College; and
- She was appointed a member of the 2002 Scout Canada Foundation Award Committee.
