- Define key terminology for yourself and your end users, including Visitors vs. Visits vs. Unique Visitors
- Discuss the impact of global vs. profile settings
- Review Report Configuration, Report Designer, Install Components options
- Clarify the Scheduler vs. Scheduled Events
- Alert you to critical pricing and license management issues - page count license status, updating components, etc.
- Show you how to manage user rights and privileges
- Demonstrate how to optimize Webtrends profiles using Filters, Pages, Files & Parameter Analysis
- Provide an introduction to Webtrends’ advanced reports: Onsite Advertising, Content Groups, Scenario Analysis, SmartView, and Path Analysis

Length and Format of Webtrends Technical Training
A two-day course in English or French, taught at your facility and scheduled at your convenience. Ideally, Webtrends is already installed so that the training reflects your existing environment.
