    Given Webtrends’ complexity, ‘easy install’ isn’t really an option. We’ll help your team understand the number of configuration options available and the impact of enabling different features.

  • Help Your End Users Take action

    We’ll explain advanced hidden and advanced features such as SmartView, Scenario Analysis or custom reports so that you can help your end users prioritize their reporting requirements.

By the end of the course, Webtrends Administrators will:

Have clarity on the pros and cons of Webtrends’ proprietary page tag (SmartSource Data Collector, or SDC) or log files for data collection;

Know the impact of global versus profile settings;

Be able to manage user rights and privileges;

Understand Report Configuration, Report Designer and Install Components options;

Know the difference between Webtrends Scheduler vs. Scheduled Events;

Understand how optimize Webtrends profiles using Filters, Pages, Files & Parameter Analysis; and

Understand the capabilities of Webtrends’ advanced reports: Onsite Advertising, Content Groups, Scenario Analysis, SmartView, and Path Analysis;

How much does it cost?

$2,500.00 (plus tax) per one-day session (up to a maximum of fifteen participants), plus instructor’s travel expenses if the training is delivered outside of Toronto, Canada.
